Talent Acquisition
• Drive the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activities by partnering with leaders within the organization and tracking the ongoing hiring needs of their business.
• Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
• Defining and driving hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate experience

Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Human Resource strategy, directly aligned with Radix's business strategy, focused on cultivating an engaged, high-performing, learning-centric workforce.
