• Campaign Rockstar: Develop, execute, and optimise email, SMS and whatsApp campaigns across the entire lifecycle, from conceptualization to measurement. This includes crafting compelling copy, coordinating with the design team for creative assets, and strategizing send times and audience targeting.
• Segmentation Sense: Build targeted audiences and customer segments using data analysis and behavioural retargeting. Track email list health and ensure optimal deliverability.
