Require 1+yrs of experience in Purchase.
- Monitor stock levels and order materials as necessary.
- Evaluate offers from suppliers, negotiate contract terms, and rates.
- Contact suppliers for pricing inquiries, compare rates, and share findings with the Purchase In-charge.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Input order details into the system and create vendor profiles.
- Follow up with suppliers for necessary documentation such as LR copies and invoices.
- Coordinate with drivers for delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices.
- Coordinate spare part orders based on service center requirements.
- Liaise with warehouse staff for proper storage and material pickup.
- Generate purchase reports.
