Purpose of Position

Siegfried Drug Substances (DS) division includes six sites of our global network located in Switzerland (Zofingen and Evionnaz), Germany (Minden), France (St. Vulbas), U.S. (Pennsville) and China (Nantong).

To support our Operational Excellence matrix organization, we are looking for our new Global OpEx Lead DS.

In this global role, you are part of the Operational Excellence Drug Substances team, and you are responsible for driving operational excellence initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
