Location: Remote (for Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela, Paraguay, and El Salvador residents).

Skills: Proficient in technical support and account management.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for client support inquiries related to the Tax Nitro platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software functionality, system integrations, and bug reporting. Provide assistance via email, phone, and live chat to ensure a seamless user experience.
