Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Product development support: Assisting in defining product specifications and logic based on detailed market analysis and internal requirements
• Investment strategy: Supporting in identifying potential investors and preparing pitch decks, utilizing financial modeling and market analysis
• Analytics: Developing exhaustive logic for the analytics module on dummy data that will be incorporated into the tool
• Financial forecasting: Helping create detailed financial forecasts, contributing to budgeting and financial planning processes including pricing models and revenue simulation
• Market research: Conducting comprehensive market research to support strategic decisions and product positioning
• Process automation: Exploring opportunities to automate processes within the HRMS platform, enhancing efficiency and user engagement
