A Leading Manufacturing company is looking for a PLANT-HEAD. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for all operational and administrative activities at the Plant. Is the occupier of the factory and all activities happening within the plant or that are related to the plant are this persons full responsibility. 1) Co-ordinating and updating the owners on the day to day functioning of the plant and plant related functions. Following systems and procedures in place and suggesting improvements/changes required at the plant. 2) Complete management of all the departments/work at the plant: a. Human Resources b.
