The successful candidate must have a relevant trade test (diesel mechanic or earth moving equipment), with a N4/N6 in Engineering Studies
National Diploma in Engineering will be advantageous
A valid and unendorsed driver's license is essential
Candidate must be computer literate

Experience required:
• 5 years trackless mobile machinery experience in a Plant/TMM environment
• experience in a mining environment
• 5-10 years experience as a Foreman in the TMM environment
• basic knowledge of the MGSA

Duties:
Monitoring, coordinating and supporting TMM maintenance and breakdown teams
Ensuring the availability of TMM machines to meet production targets
Supervising TMM specialists
Ensuring the department is sufficiently resourced in terms of equipment, tools and trained personnel
Acting as the key liaison figure between department staff and management

Other requirements:
Must pass a medical/fitness test
