Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

1 To prepare product wise daily cost sheet & production wise EBITDA on daily basis. Given to management for Decision making.

2 To prepare product wise variance Analysis (Budget Vs Actual) on daily basis to know the reason of variance in price & usage.

3 Coordination to plant on daily basis for MIS report (production & consumption report)

4 Coordination with Commercial person for Material procurement & Price.

5 Prepare a Weekly cost sheet & presenting the same to the management.
• Preparer yearly input for cost records working.

• To gather Data from all department & Prepare MIS report to management
• Forecasting monthly plan & EBITDA & analyse the same with actual & drive the variance.
