Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle full set of accounts and other accounting-related tasks including AR/AP functions
• Preparation of financial schedules and management reports
• Assist superior in the preparation of financial reports including financial forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, Taxation.
• Ensure that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively and to alert the superior if immediate attention is needed.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretarial agents
• Responsible to check and post staff claims & petty cash claims
• Liaise and coordinate with sales teams on all matters related to Finance and accounting processes.
• Maintain proper filing for easy retrieval.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Professional Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
