The Vice Principal would be expected to assist the Principal in all Academic functions of the school including the following:

· Promoting the school’s vision and mission statement by developing a positive school culture.

· Reviewing and building a positive and safe learning environment for students.

· Assisting in hiring, training & supervising teachers and evaluating their performance.

· Formulating and implementing the annual academic and curriculum plan.

· Organizing co-curricular activities in the school.

· Evaluating the progress of students at all levels and introducing remedial measures when required.

· Supervising all school personnel's including admin, maintenance and bus staff.

· Overseeing day-to-day operations of the school.

· Managing the school budget in a manner that includes the educational development prospects of students and teachers.
