1.PURPOSE OF POSITION: To oversee the project from inception to completion.

2. COMPETENCIES: The following competencies are required for this position:

2.1 Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech / BSc Civil Engineering & be registered with SACPCMP (The South African Council for the Project & Construction Management Professions)

2.2 Knowledge & Experience: Understanding of the Construction Environment
• 10-20 years relevant project management experience
• Project Management skills & Staff Management
• Application of the relevant design software
• Interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and passion

2.3 Skills and Attitude:
• ·Project Management –ability to manage projects.
• Communication - Ability to communicate well (verbally and written) with clients and all stakeholders.
• · Planning and Organizing- Ability to plan and schedule activities and resources.
• Teamwork - Work effectively with other members of the team in the office and participate in team activities.
