The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities
• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage project budget
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
• Based at project site, represent the owner/client and prepare, coordinate, cost control and monitor of hotel project with the project QS/Consulting team reporting to the managing director.
• Start within 2 weeks

Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Construction Management/Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Building/Hotel/Villa construction.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Excellent managerial, organizing, communication, financial management, document handling and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in AutoCAD/ S Project/MEP
