PretoriaThis role is responsible for overseeing and managing remuneration and benefits and performing relevant REMCO duties, where applicable. Ensures that remuneration processes are conducted on time and within set targets of accuracy. Continuous improvement is made to remuneration processes to improve accuracy, timeliness and efficiency. Ensuring that remuneration policies and procedures are kept up to date and accurate and employee records are updated.
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective coordination of various aspects that impact the overall employee experience journey. This includes, Payroll & compliance, Learning & Development and Employee Experience (EX). This role assists with planning and implementation of training events and special learning orientated projects throughout the organization and provides administrative and data management support by ensuring that employee development plans are tracked and updated.
