Volunteer Coordinator

Position Summary

Wild Rescue is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented volunteer coordinator to be responsible for the planning, marketing and management of our volunteer programmes.

A successful Volunteer Coordinator should be an excellent communicator, passionate about volunteer work and able to independently manage their own schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Marketing of Volunteer Programs

· Recruitment of New Volunteers

· Designing Goal-Oriented Work Schedules on our various projects

· Training and Supervising Volunteers

· Record Keeping and Reporting

· Implementing and Refining Programs

· Codes of Conduct and Operating Procedures

· Collaborative Growth and Capacity Building
