• Responsible in any site activities including (Land surveying, Earthworks construction, Insfrastructure construction, Housing construction, Utilities construction, Landscape construction, Handover process to Estate management/Customer)
• Managing, controling, monitoring, and developing site supervisor
• Responsible to control and maintain the project schedule
• Responsible in quality of the project
• Responsible to maintain the project cost
• Responsible with HSSE implementation on site & HSSE Report
• Coordinating all contractors who is in charge on the site project
• Coordinating all department who is in charge on the site project
• Coordinating all site environment with local people
• Responsible for making weekly report to PM (Project Manager)
• Responsible for review and making solution or suggestion to technical issue that may occur in the project site
• Willing to travel or reside outside Jakarta
