Data Acquisition Roadmap Production Digitalization :

Collecting of necessary production parameters and datapoints. Both from personal inputs and machines.
• Network environment : Construction of a network separated / integrated with PMS
• Data provision : Standardized provision of data with Villeroy & Boch PLC function blocks
• Data connection : Update machines to be IOT ready
• Analysis :

Analysis of process data based on the existing information in google cloud (data studio) in cooperation with the departments in the plants.

Introduction of measures for improvement and tracking of those, based on the results of the Analyzes.

Responsible for Yield- Reporting :

Preparation and development of standard reports in cooperation with the departments as a working basis for the daily operations.

Plant-Key-User for all digital tools, like mindsphere, google cloud (data studio), knowledge database etc.
