• Role: Senior Manager – Engineering – Plant Maintenance

Job Description:-

· Overall responsibility of Plant Maintenance of Block as maintenance head.· Monitoring/tracking of annual preventive maintenance schedule for all the plant equipment, as per procedure defined in SOP.· To monitoring/tracking of breakdown maintenance report· Monitoring of building maintenance schedule as per procedure defined in SOP.· Monitoring/tracking of breakdown trending of Plant equipment· To keep the production equipment in ready state for effective utilization.· To improvise equipment for process requirements and eliminate recurring breakdowns.· Co-ordination with suppliers/service providers for repairs and plant maintenance.· To maintain stock of recommended spares, consumables for critical equipment.· To submit daily, monthly and other periodical reports to department head related to engineering activities.· To...
