What You Will Do
• Assisting the manufacturing department in the electro-mechanical assembly of system-level products
• Experience in fine-pitch SMT and thru-hole soldering. Knowledge of IPC
• Workmanship standards and/or certification in soldering preferred.
• soldering iron, hot-air machines, and microscope.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and documentation such as BOMs, assembly drawings,
• Engineering change orders, quality process documents, and simple schematics.
• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Understanding of electronic component types and packaging (i.e. BGA, SOICS, RES/CAP packages etc.).
• General computer skills, Incorporation OF ENGINEERING change orders (ECO) on PCB assemblies.

What You Need
• Highest levels of personal integrity and safety mindset.
• Full-time Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in SMT/Assembly rework or repairing/Debug
