ABOUT THEOPPORTUNITY

This is an integral role with the key focuson US income tax matters including federal and state tax complianceand tax reporting.
• Review allfederal proforma tax returns in Corptax and all applicablesupporting workpapers.
• Timely review of allfederal forms / attachments for filing of our client federalconsolidation.
• Efile the company federalconsolidated tax return.
• Review ofstate / locality returns prepared by the company / 3rd partyresources.
• Review quarterly federal &state estimates and extensions.
• Manage andmentor an income tax associate.
• Assist withany information document requests as relates to any federal andstate income tax audits.
