Job Description
• Collaborate with plant management to optimize financial processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis function for the plant.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes.
• Mentor and develop accounting talent.

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in manufacturing accounting and finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP and Hyperion preferred.
