Job Description
• Develop, program, and optimize CNC machining processes with a focus on 5-axis machining.
• Create detailed CNC programs using Mastercam and ensure they meet production and quality standards.
• Manage NPI projects from conception through to production, ensuring seamless integration of new products into manufacturing.
• Select and implement appropriate cutting tools and machining strategies to achieve optimal precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to develop and refine machining processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC machining processes, including tool wear, machine calibration, and programming errors.
