Job Title: Sawmilling Production Intern

Description:

Sappi is offering a one-year work experience opportunity for recent graduates in Wood Technology or Production Management.

As Sawmilling Production Intern you will get practical exposure in:

- Workplace safety and plant safety management
- Workplace time and motion studies
- Production planning and execution
- Production process from primary production to warehouse management
- Lean manufacturing
- Workplace quality control systems and requirements of SABS standards
- Forestry Certification and ISO auditing

Candidates who successfully complete the internship will be eligible to apply for available supervisor positions at the end of their programme.

What are we looking for:

- National Diploma in Wood Technology or Production Management
- No prior work experience required
