Role Purpose:

Epol is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join the leadership team at our Vaalwater Mill in the Limpopo Province. The Talent Acquisition Team is currently recruiting for someone who will be trusted to ensure operational management of an integrated feed mill operation and manage production, engineering, and any on site contractors.

Minimum Requirements:
• 3 year Degree or Diploma, preferably in Engineering or Operations Management.
• A Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) may be required.
• 6 Years’ experience in a production environment.
• Experience in the Management of Unionized workforce.
• Working knowledge on MS Office.
