To meet the revenue targets for the office

To identify, interview and select new Unit Sales Managers

Adhere to Unit Sales Managers linked sales and service standards

Conduct weekly performance review of Unit Sales Managers

To ensure retention of Unit Sales Manager by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.

To meet rural and social policy targets

Supervise the activity plan of Unit Sales Managers Agents to ensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired standards

To ensure that all Unit Sales Managers and Agents under supervision perform as per the company's rules and regulations
