As a Branch Manager, you are expected to fulfil the below responsibilities

Branding and Promotions

● Organize different and innovative programs to uplift the brand value of IPCS

● Create a good rapport with our existing clients and generate new business clients.

● Initiate effective methods to achieve the business plans of IPCS.

● Update the news and events pages of website/social media with recent activities.

Marketing Management

● Plan, assign and monitor entire activities of BDMs, CRMs, CROs, CREs and BDEs

working in different branches under control.

● Schedule a periodical meeting with all who are part of the sales/marketing team.

● Give regular and proper guidance to the Sales team in branch.

● Establish a proper system to monitor the activities of Freelance Marketing

Executives.

● Plan and implement effective mode of advertisements such as print, online

(YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)
