Job Description:
• Conduct site supervision and coordination to ensure that contractors adhere to quality standards and project specifications.
• Attend all site meetings and technical discussions.
• Ensure that materials used meet contract specifications.
• Assist in site valuations by verifying contractors' work for progress claims.
• Conduct regular checks, inspections, and quality control measures on ongoing and completed works.
• Identify outstanding tasks and address any issues encountered on-site, proposing mitigation solutions as necessary.
• Report any non-conforming matters found during inspections to the Resident Engineer (RE) and follow up with contractors on required actions.
• Maintain accurate records of daily work activities, including relevant forms, documents, and correspondences.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Inspector of Works (IOW) for projects such as schools, residential buildings, commercial complexes, etc.
