Ensuring continuous improvement in operational safety management knowledge and its application within the organization.

Supporting vessels and Client Satisfaction Chain Management by achieving and maintaining compliance with SONASURF HSE expectations, which are based on and aligned with BOURBON HSE Plan requirements.

This position places special emphasis on supporting all HSE functions in inductions, HSE requests, and the preparation of HSE documents for continuous, measurable, and sustainable improvement.

B. Collect and update HSE reporting data such as:

- B-safe cards

- Anomaly reports

- Situation Reports, etc.

- Analyze and follow up on corrective actions for accurate and timely reporting.

C. Participate in day-to-day incident management, including medevac, evasan, etc., as delegated by the HSE manager for effective support in incident management.
