The Mission Manager of Mission programs is responsible for the design, implementation, management, health, and evaluation of all Mission verticals. This position Manages and oversees the work done by each sites Mission Office team in addition to working closely with senior leadership in Operations, sales & marketing, finance and recruitment to build and operate programs that support the organizations mission, ensure operational sustainability, and expand our reach. In this role the manager must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills. They must be equipped with a working knowledge of event planning, program management, and communication. They must also be comfortable in transforming big ideas using the methodology of specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound.
