Our client, a reputable firm in Plastic Industry, is recruiting to fill the position of a HR Manger.

Responsibilities
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, Grievance or other issue
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagements, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Oversee and Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and and procedures across the organization
• Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Ensure legal Compliance throughout human Resource management.

Requirements
• A minimum of Bachelor's degree in human Resource
• At least 5-8 years experience in HR
