Internal Sales Representative (Hydraulics)

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Internal Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate would have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of computer literacy. Hydraulic experience would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and respond effectively to customer inquiries and requirements.
• Research and recommend appropriate product alternatives based on cost, availability, or specifications.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product database including costs and selling prices.
• Respond to customer inquiries with detailed quotations either telephonically or in written form.
• Communicate pricing details, discounts, credit terms, and product availability in line with company policies.
• Track scheduled shipments and handle back orders to ensure timely delivery.
