**Responsibilities**:
To prepare the Purchase Order (Raw Material / Engineering Items).
To deal with Job work orders.
Daily Basis meets with HOD for the shortages.
Developing new vendors & negotiation with them.
Procure The Material From local source and other Parts of India
Price & Commercial inalization / Negotiations with suppliers.
Making delivery Schedule of Purchase Order
Monitoring delivery period, follow up with vendors for timely receipt of Materials and services in line with the agreed time Period.
Handling the Industrial Projects Procurement in any of the industry (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Powder Paint, Hardware, Sheet Metal ( CR, HR, GP, GPSP ), Packing, Welding Material, Tools etc Material )
Build Co - Ordination Among Quality Department & Suppliers.
Project Procurement Management Planning, Monitoring project progress and technical reviewsVendor Management (development, evaluation, standardization).
Rate analysis, Cost estimation
