As a Regional Business
Controller, you will act as a financial expert, Quality Gate and interface to
internal partners regarding Asset Management (AM) topics (e.g., business process,
space management, real estate maintenance, investment applications and real
estate costs ensuring financials accuracy, effectiveness of internal controls
and adherence to SRE (Siemens Real Estate) framework and Siemens Financial
Reporting Guidelines (SFRG).

Mission: You are the commercial
partner to Hub Asset Management and regional functions supporting Hub Asset Management in
steering the business /implementing the business strategy.
