➢ Provide support and resources to community members, including access to healthcare, legal assistance, and social services.

➢ Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.

➢ Advocate for policy changes and systemic reforms to address the root causes of discrimination and inequality.

Preferred Qualifications:

➢ Previous experience working with LGBTQ+ organizations or communities.

➢ Knowledge of local resources and services available to the transgender community.

➢ Background in social work, public health, or related fields.
