Assistant Store Head will be deployed at Waltermart Supermarket Subic, Zambales.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensures that policies and standards are implemented being the process champion of selling, front end, warehouses operations and clearing procedures
• Market awareness and profiling
• Training and development of people
• Responsible for day to day management of selling area operations
• Ensures implementation of WalterMart standards
• Ensure pricing accuracy
• Merchandising: a. Coordinates with head office merchandising on the requirement b. Monitors competition in the area (5Ps) c. Ensure execution of all promotions (endcap, solution center)
• Marketing: a. On time and effective implementation of promo activation and launching b. Build customer loyalty by ensuring that customer insights are communicated to Head Office and addressed c. Audit and compliance of all promo execution
• Assists the Store Head in total store operations.
