Brief Job Description

· Responsible for managing the learning department so that new and existing FC associates, specialists, and managers are optimally trained and developed.

· Help and assist the Fulfilment centre to foster the development and growth of employees.

· Help and assist FC to create and implement training plans for managers, trainers and others.

· Track and communicate assignments and progress.

· Conduct training and compliance audits on associates

· Develop and manage a cross functional team to meet the operational needs.

· Track metrics of assistant and senior assistant and report to site and central learning team.

· Update, track and record training, including progress and skill sets.

· Help and assist to create and manage training content and documentation.

· Understand and implement methods for gathering and tracking training metrics.

Minimum Qualification Work Experience
