Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Nouvelle France. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, handling phone calls, preparing reports and presentations, organizing events, and performing other administrative duties as assigned. The Administrative Assistant will also ensure that the Showrrom runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
