As a Sr UX/UI Designer & User Experience professional for our Help and Request team you will:
• Be responsible for defining user-centered processes and ensure they proliferate across the teams that they support, must think strategically about product and design, and communicate persuasively to influence decisions.
• Collaborate on business requirements, perceive and conduct research on user behavior, and translate them into user stories, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Interact with business users and product management teams regularly and convert their ideas into concepts.
• Provide walkthroughs and demos on user journeys, mockups, and other deliverables to the development team, business stakeholders, and product teams.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for both web and mobile applications.
