Job Description:

As a Utility and Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of various utility systems essential for our manufacturing operations. You will lead a team of skilled professionals to ensure the uptime, efficiency, and compliance of utility systems while also driving continuous improvement projects to enhance sustainability, energy efficiency, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to utility systems, including Boiler, Fuel storage, Fire System, and factory licenses.
• Lead and manage a team of outsourced manpower for the operation and maintenance of utility systems, including direct reports.
• Conduct regular meetings and review sessions with the operations and maintenance team to ensure uptime and efficiency of utility systems.
