PURPOSE

This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of Global Sales by driving the implementation of programs, policies and processes for our Retail organization in all relevant markets.

Retail Operations proactively shapes our Global Retail business, while ensuring a consumer-first mindset across our global retail markets. This team enables our retail store operating model, operational efficiency, omnichannel and digital transformation and trading mindset. This team will effectively implement global programs, processes and policies through relevant retail stores, by influence and partnership with global and market retail teams.
