Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Sudarshan Motors in Kalyan. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
