Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To execute work assigned according to schedule through proper planning.
- To ensure project meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the subcontractors/workforces and to take the appropriate actions timely to remedy any shortcoming.
- To check all construction drawings, identify and highlight discrepancies, if any, and take the appropriate timely follow-up actions.
- To monitor, supervise and document the receipt, distribution, storage and usage of project site material in a way to prevent or minimize financial loss due to damage, wastage, poor handling, pilferage, short supply, substandard, etc.
- To arrange, coordinate and monitor the work of workers, to ensure optimum utilization of labor and quality of work carried out.
- To schedule, coordinate and monitor utilization of site machinery to ensure optimum usage.
