Job Summary:The Extruder Team Leader will be responsible for leading the extrusion team in the production of woven bags. This role involves overseeing the extrusion process, ensuring quality standards, and promoting continuous improvement practices such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a technical background, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Education Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of extrusion processes and equipment.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
