Educational Background:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant vocational training or certifications in quality assurance or related fields are advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct basic quality inspections of products, processes, and documentation.
• Assist in communicating quality issues and corrective actions to internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
• Support in establishing and implementing simple corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address basic quality concerns and improve processes.
• Assist in resolving client feedback and complaints by providing necessary support and documentation.
• Participate in CI initiatives and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Assist in identifying basic hazards and risks in processes, and follow instructions for implementing action plans.
