The Position

Data and Analytics Business Analyst /Development Lead

JOB MISSION

As part of Roche´s Business Intelligence and Data Analysis team, the IT Data & Analytics Development Lead will build and maintain trust, working relationships with business stakeholders in a cross functional environment, understanding the analytic needs of the domain, and leading / working in an agile product team setting fulfilling those needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead Offshore development team
• Design, Transforming, testing, visualizing and documenting analytic data products
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Collaborate and lead cross-functionally with data & insights peers and business stakeholders to discover high impact opportunities and deliver robust solutions to enable self-service analytics
