This role will be based between two locations in East Cork and West Waterford

Main
• Monitoring of a Digital Clock In system
• Monitoring of a Task Management system so staff have a clear understanding of expectations
• Monitoring of a Digital Rostering Systems

The above three systems will be rolled out on a digital system already identified by the company
• Staff Onboarding
• Training and Development of Staff
• Review of existing commission structures
• Sales Reviews - Review Staff Sales, Drive Add on Type Sales, Review Low Margin Sales, Commission Reviews
• Monthly Performance Management,
• Monthly Store Checks - Reviewing; Displays/Store Appearance, Returns, Price Tags, Energy Labels, Store Security, etc
• Keep records of Vehicle Insurance and NCT/DOEs
• Setting and adhering to company values
• Employee Engagement
