Your responsibilities
• Assist with following up on Supplier Scorecards
• Assist with reviewing SOP on Quality descriptions/ Inventory parts/ pallets etc.
• Benchmarking prices on help material and other “raw – materials”
• Order different kinds of help materials
• Create Supplier Agreements in IFS
• Control master data on suppliers and purchased parts in IFS
• Make sure GT manuals/ material specifications and relevant instructions is sent out to suppliers
• Coordinate that external suppliers receive, pallets/ bags/ labels etc.
• Claim handling on suppliers and customers in season 1/10 – 31/12
• Participate on the different audit that we have and preparing for audits

Our requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with supply chain / purchasing
• English speaking is a must – French or German will be a plus.
• Practical knowledge of the MS office package and in general good IT-skills
