Job Description

The Packaging and Distribution Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the long-term strategic plan for the packaging and distribution platforms that support the global supply network. This position will play a key role in analyzing portfolio Long Range Operating Plan (LROP) against network utilization for these platforms, leveraging probabilistic capacity analytics to profile capacity constraints, determine required capacity investments, product strategies, and site actions that optimize product cost margins and return on invested capital.

Responsibilities include developing harmonized implementation plans for each platform to fully consider operational impacts, regulatory implications, and financial considerations while influencing cross-divisionally and cross-functionally to align strategies, ensure key action, and decision dates are identified prior to each operational plan year.
