Engineering Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Engineering Team is looking for a talented engineering manager who take pride in his/her contribution to the team. We are engineers and we contribute actively to the business strategy delivery.

You will be part of an ongoing transformation in the healthcare industry, working in one of the existing product teams in Roche, responsible for one part of the analytics platform

The Engineering Manager will develop and empower the delivery team to build a productive and high-performing engineering culture. While a crucial part of the job is being a people manager, this position requires deep software knowledge and a sense of project delivery.

This role also collaborates with Business, Product, Operations and collateral software departments to ensure that key solutions are developed and delivered in a timely manner.
