ExpTek is seeking 10 seasoned Healthcare Recruiters for US Staffing.

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for healthcare positions in the US. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 months to 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing.

The position is onsite in Mohali and follows EST/PST shifts.(Remote)

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of healthcare recruiting experience

• Recruit for all positions that staff a hospital - No C Level Staffing

• Using Behavioral Interview techniques, interviews, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments, to determine candidates who are a mission fit, meet the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities to be a good fit for the position

•Understanding of ATS Applicant Tracking Systems

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

•Proficiency with social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards
